Refund & Cancellation Policy
01. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
Dates are reserved exclusively for the client once the booking is confirmed.
02. Advance Payment
The advance amount secures the selected date and time.
Once the booking is confirmed and the date is reserved, the advance payment is generally non-refundable.
03. Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel the booking, they should notify us as early as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the preparation and scheduling already completed.
04. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their booking by informing us at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.
05. Cancellation by YS Photographer
If YS Photographer is unable to perform the booked service due to unavoidable circumstances, clients will be offered either:
• A full refund of the advance payment, or
• A mutually agreed rescheduled date.
06. Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control—including natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, pandemics, accidents, or emergencies—may require rescheduling without additional charges.
07. Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital products, edited photographs, videos, albums, and other delivered digital files cannot be refunded after delivery.
08. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
09. Package Verification
Clients are requested to carefully review all package details, inclusions, pricing, and timelines before confirming a booking.
